<description>Do you know how to set the keymap properly without having to remake the entire setup? I tried passing the setkmap=us option to the kernel in isolinux, cfg and syslinux.cfg on the NFS share that I have defined, but this does not work! I have modified my own USB stick numerous times to avoid the keymap prompt that is given, but for some reason I cannot get it to work with the NFS mount (using NFS solution provided by you). Any ideas?
